My treatment from beginn to end was apporling. She didnt give me a colour choice, i said i havent chosen a colour, she just said you have blonde, this is blonde! She totally ignored me left me over 30 minues with wet hair while she went out the back to do a treatment for girl,{ goverment still not allowed!} Bleach was left on my hair for way too long. Next day my hair started falling out, stretchy, lost volume. So upset, iv had to go and get treatment from another salon. Descusting experiance

My initial impression wasn’t good, no one greeted me when I walked in and I felt ignored. I went up to desk and young lady found my booking, I was then told to wait. Appointment t was running late. Would ha e been nice to be told wouldn’t be too much longer and apologise. Once in chair I warmed to hairdresser, she was attentive and professional. Not much conversation but difficult with masks on! Pleased with cut and will return. Just need to be bit loud friendly/welcoming on arrival.
