When I arrived, I informed the stylist that I had a booking for 10.30. This was a booking for a wash and haircut, however I was not given a hairwash before the hair cut began. In addition, the stylist criticised the fact that my hair had previously been cut in a way she did not think was very good. When the hair cut was finished, the front was lopsided - the stylist explained that this was due to my sideparting, however I have had a side parting for over 10 years and not struggled before.

Really good service, nice salon and my eyebrows look loads better. Good advice as well and really good value. Will be back!
