However, felt a lack of client -stylist involvement..asked how much off, but not what I wanted or where my usual parting was..consequently cut to a central parting..not slightly off centre.

The stylist was lovely but the haircut was not good - i had to go and get another cut straight after. Since bits of the bob were 10cm longer than the other when I moved the hair.
It was cut with clippers and I had marks on my neck from the clippers.
I really liked the lady though.

I wouldn’t describe what I had as a balayage, I thought the colours would be more blended. I asked for caramel tones, and it came out really red unfortunately.
