Lovely decor and atmosphere, very friendly, warm and welcoming. Massage was very relaxing although perhaps could have been a little firmer. Lovely experience

Staff was lovely and did a thorough job. But it is surprising that for the price Aveda charge they dont have proper rooms for manicure and pedicure. Getting a pedicure lying down in a room meant for waxing treatments was not ideal and also wasn’t comfortable getting the manicure done either as had to really bend over. Also very odd they dont have fans to dry the nails? Every place I have been to provides them. Overall it’s more about the Ambience than the actual treatment.

Second time having a facial here. Was great, really relaxing and my skin felt lovely after. Quite expensive, but I think worth it.
