I'm not one to complain but this was the worst experience I've had in a spa/beauticians. From the moment I walked in I didn't feel welcome. I got told to take a seat in the waiting area & ended up being sat there for 25 mins without an explanation. Then when a member of staff walked past, I got ignored. All I needed was a simple, I'll be with you in just a second. The lady who did my nails obviously seemed rushed & stressed. I could hear the next client already waiting so once my nails were done I declined my other treatment of my eyebrows being threaded as I didn't feel confident they would be done correctly. I'm very disappointed as this was a pre-holiday pamper & I don't feel that buzz at all.
