Had a lovely facial. Before the service even began the aesthetician took the time to listen to my skin concerns and had a thoughtful response and advice. I also had a special request for her - to focus on extractions along my jawline - and she treated the entire area with particular care. Although my skin there was quite inflamed for the next few days it has since cleared and healed up nicely. Will definitely go back. The only slight complaint was the service began about 10-15 minutes later than it was supposed to, but I didn't have anywhere I had to be so that was OK.
