Overall really nice experience. The aesthetician seemed really knowledgeable; she listened to the specific requests I had and provided a really nice facial tailored to my skin. The only things that kept it from being perfect were that the appointment time had to be changed after I booked it on treatwell as the receptionist said they had double booked clients, that the service still began a little more than 10 minutes late and that a couple of days later some of the extractions still have not gone down as I was told they should, though of course this is probably just how my skin reacts. Overall though very professional and relaxing service and I will be returning. thank you!
