after paying for my service in the app, receiving my confirmation email, the money being taken from my account and showing up to my appointment on time, I was informed that my booking hadn’t gone through on their system/treatwell hadn’t sent through my booking and I would be contacted about rescheduling. I am still waiting to hear back from anyone about rescheduling or a refund. £35 wasted on nothing.
