I've been so reluctant to go to a hairdresser as I had such a bad experience when I was at uni. I've not been to a salon in 9 years. I can hand on heart say my mind was put at ease, I was talked through the whole process- step by step and was listened to. I was most worried about my trim and too much coming off but the cut was lovely and I will 100% be back in 3 months AND recommending.
