I wanted to go from virgin black hair to an ashier blonde. Straight away, I was told I needed a few sessions before being able to lift my hair that high. I really appreciate it when stylists are transparent about that and inform me straight away to avoid disappointment. Good sign. Charlie was really nice and very professional. Although my hair wasn't as light as I wanted it to be, it still turned out pretty nice. Looks super natural and blended in very well. Will definitely be coming back

So I explained I’m trying to achieve healthy hair and Aysha was very clued up about how to achieve this as I went to her saying I wanted a oplex treatment when in fact oplex is used for mainly coloured dyed hair so she educated me that i be better off with keratin treatments .

Since I got my hair ruined once, I was really afraid and picky about where do I get my hair done. However, Ayisha didn’t disappoint me the atmosphere was pleasant, friendly yet professional. And most importantly I was really happy with the end result ! Will be coming back
