I was late due to something out of my control which I notified the owner of over the phone. I told her I was going to be 25m late, she replied: "over 10 mins late is a £10 late fee". I agreed that this was fair. Upon arriving she said it's in fact £20 late fee £10 every 10 minutes.i told her she did not clarify this over the phone to which she responded "well I'm the owner & that's the late fee".I went ahead as to not be rude but the entire time I was there felt awkward :( unlikely I'll be back
