Good customer service - my hair was not done how I wanted during my appointment but the hairdresser realised that and managed to fix it appropriately later on, this was much appreciated.

I had a wash, cut and blow dry here a couple days ago, and it was a great experience! The salon was very cute and clean, and I loved all the pink <3 Charlie was very welcoming, she listened to everything I wanted to do with my hair, and gave me an amazing haircut accordingly. I'm super happy with my hair, and I would definitely go again!
