Awful haircut. My hair is long and straight, virtually impossible to mess up. All I wanted was a trim and somewhere I’ve ended up with a wonky cut - the ends are all different lengths! They didn’t even bother to consult me first, I was chucked straight into the chair for a ferocious hair wash. I booked last minute because I was in the area and it was cheap. You get what you pay for, I guess.

I tried this salon for a haircut for the first time and I had a fantastic experience. I got exactly what I wanted, the hairdresser double checked I was happy with how much she was going to cut off, and have me a lovely bouncy blow-dry.
