I booked for a specific barber (Faruk) because I have been particularly impressed by him in the past, but he wasn't even there when I attended the appointment - my rating of him in this review relates to my previous experience. A different barber therefore cut my hair, and not so well. Efendi should not accept bookings for a specific barber when he is not in fact available.
