I am difficult customer when it comes to eyebrows. I want them done certain way however Hana listened to me and did my eyebrows exactly how I asked. The salon was clean and everyone was friendly.

Exactly what Norwood needed. Hana is lovely, knowledgeable and very skilled. She doesn’t rush the appointment, she doesn’t rush people to get ready. Great she has wipes available! Very accommodating and professional yet very friendly. On point salon will see me soon!
