Customer service was one of the best I experienced in Hackney beauty salons. Waxing itself was immaculate. Wendy said the owner of the business trained her in waxing and I must say hands down. I’ve never seen so much attention to detail. She even asked me to check myself and if some hair were left behind I should call her back. I never experienced this before!! I can’t recommend this beauty salon enough!

I’ve been coming to effortless beauty since Hana opened in May 2023. Recently she got new waxer Wendy to work in the salon and she assured me the wax will be done exactly how I am used to from Hana. 100% confirmed. Hana trained Wendy so well. She is calming, makes you feel comfortable, wax is very thorough, she takes time, nothing is rushed, checks on you during the wax. Such an amazing hidden spot in Hackney. Both Hana and Wendy are exceptional waxers.
