I can relate to all reviews here. The experience was fantastic! I’ve never seen cleaner place before when I was going for my wax elsewhere. “You get what you pay for” applies so much. I got perfect wax, my waxer paid so much attention to details, extremely hygienic during the whole wax, explained aftercare (noone ever did it before and I’ve been waxing for years) and in the end of appointment I got card with aftercare instructions. Customer service was 11/10, I felt very comfortable and looked after. It was very soothing treatment even when it was meant to be something uncomfortable.

Hanna was fantastic doing my lashes. She talked through everything she was doing before and during application, checked I was ok and nothing stinging etc the whole time. She went through after care in detail. Very happy with the results.

Phenomenal waxers over here. First time with Wendy and she did great job! I love she’s trained to work exactly like Hana and is also focused on hygiene and making you feel comfortable. Honestly you have to come here for a wax because I’ve never been disappointed.

Truly the best! Wendy is perfect addition to Hana’s team. Very thorough, makes you comfortable and has eye for detail. 100% recommend for waxing treatments both waxers. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I love going to Hana to get waxed. She makes me feel so comfortable, she’s efficient and is super friendly. Shes very informative when it comes to telling us about our aftercare and her cleanliness is top tier!
