After much contemplation, reading reviews and going through effortless beauty insta posts. I decided to take the plunge and try effortless beauty.
From the very start (booking the appointment ) communication was great. I received an email of how to prepare for my very first Hollywood wax. Leading up to the appointment I had reminder notifications which was helpful to me.
Before, during and after my treatment Hana was very informative, and friendly. She made me feel very comfortable.
