Hana is so friendly and immediately puts you at ease. Her room is clean and organised and the facial was so good! I've never had one for so long and my skin feels amazing today (next day). I've also never had a lash lift before so was a bit worried but it didn't hurt at all and they look so curly and dark! Would definitely recommend her.
