Ju was really nice to speak with while I was had a gel manicure. And she did a really good job of it. However, she took off about a centimetre off one of my eyebrows in the centre and just overall did a bad job with making it even or less painful. My eyebrows were not twins or sisters. More like strangers.

Absolutely fantastic experience. The therapy room was beautiful and relaxing. Ju is absolutely lovely and was professional, considerate and warm. Both my massage and facial were exceptional.

Hygiene wise, it wasn’t up to par with other places I’ve been to. An old used nail file was used on me, I would’ve thought they couldve used a new one for every client… There weren’t many colours to choose from. Same tools used over and over and thrown into the same cleaning solution. My nails lasted for 2 weeks. It’s unfortunate because the therapist was very nice, but the service wasn’t worth it in my opinion.
