as a first time waxer, i went with Ju because of the brilliant reviews. she made me feel at ease, and we had a good giggle throughout my pain. The room itself was lovely + warm, the facial was great with lots of advice. and finally, the manicure was perfect, nice selection of colours and the added bonus of a little drink at the end end. loved it xx
