First time visit and I couldn’t be happier. Lovely salon, friendly & attentive staff. They accommodated a last minute change in time to suit my hectic schedule without a problem. I had the pleasure to meet Craig ( and two girls who were lovely but I cannot remember the names of) who took care of both my cut and my colour. He was incredibly professional and extremely knowledgeable. He managed to fix a ‘botched’ colour I had done at a different salon. He took the time to give me a conditioning treatment and tips on how to improve my hair. I love the cut and the colour; I can honestly said my hair hasn’t looked this good in a very long time. Thank you. I’m very pleased and I will definitely be a permanent client from now on :)
Not a good experience. I was booked in for a full head bleach, haircut & finish. The date of the booking was changed, which I had no problem with but I wasn't made aware that the content of the appointment had been changed to just a full head bleach and no cut. Although the outcome of the full head bleach seemed okay on the day, I notice in the morning my hair was very yellow in tone and I had to make a visit to a different hairdressers to get the colour corrected. The stylist was unable to dry my hair because she was busy with another client but said she wouldn't leave me with wet hair, so the apprentice dried my hair but there would be no charge for this service. I was told by the stylist I was due a refund of £40 because she had no time to cut my hair and she would notify Treatwell of this. As I had still not received a refund, I rang up Treatwell today to find out that the salon was now charging me for a full head bleach plus
the blow-dry finish, which I was told I would not be charged for on the day. I am disappointed that the salon feels is it okay to tell clients one thing in the salon and then charged them for something else.
