Ended up with a head stylist as the stylist I booked wasn't available, but he did a great job. For once I left a hairdressers without my hair being straightened to writhing an inch of its life!

Had my second visit to Egg. I loved the haircut that I got from Andrew and really felt that he listened to what I wanted. He took the time to discuss colour from next time and explain my colour options before my next visit.

Regardless of the fact that Treatwell got both the time and the price wrong, I ended up with a super haircut and was charged the lesser amount. Shannon was very friendly and listened carefully to what I wanted and did a great job. I'm glad I stayed but the unfriendly receptionist neither looked or acted professionally and nearly put me off. Otherwise Staff would have got 4 stars. I'd recommend Shannon for sure.
