Unfortunately I have to rate everything to do with the appointment and treatment as a 0 as when I turned up to the appointment the salon had no record of the booking. The staff were polite and the salon looked clean, but with no appointment I had to be given a refund and wander to another business across the street, where I got a really nice haircut! Bit of a shame, but those mistakes loose business. Sorry!

The staff were super friendly and very welcoming and the stylist really listened to what I wanted my hair to be like. I am really pleased with the result.
