There is a new therapist at this salon and she definitely knows what she is doing. I went for the Luxury Pedicure and she done a really good job. I actually ran out of time though so was unable to have my toes painted but that was my own fault for going during the day for a 90 minute treatment. Will definitely be going back - treatment was lovely.
excellent therapist, clean, quiet facilities, in the basement of a tanning salon on mortimer street , central convenient location near oxford circus,.would recommend and the place also does nails and brazilian waxing.
Fernanda was splendid in her job, efficient, fast and a proved to be a really nice person to chat with. Pedicure was done neatly, with OPI range to chose color from and was all done within an hours, just like stated. Above all, what a great value!
I went here to get a gel pedicure before I went on holiday.
The venue was centrally located and really easy to find. When I got there, I was to,d my the receptionist at the tanning desk to make my way downstairs. The waiting area was really nicely decorated and was very relaxing.
I didn't have to wait long at all for Fernanda to free up. I was offered a drink and made very comfortable in the super cosy chair that was available.
There was a good selection of colours available and Fernanda was friendly.
Overall she did a really good job of my toenails and they lasted for ages!
The only thing that surprised me was that I didn't get a foot soak or file, it was really only a polish. I have a lot of manis and pedis and this service is almost always provided unless specified.
One other thing to note is that the venue is very cosy! This didn't bother me, but the girl that was having her eyelashes done seemed a little surprised that someone else was in The same room, even though they do use a dividing screen to separate things.
The price point was fair and I would go back.
the therapist is very nice and professional,although the room is small and shared with the nail tech it is clean and comfortable and you are screened off if there is someone in the room.
she is very good at her job and good at explaining after care instructions etc.
spot on and a good find!
