I was really disappointed with this treatment. Extremely expensive and poor value. The facialist did not remove my makeup properly (I had makeup on because I had to come straight from work) meaning that I was left with panda eyes and little pieces of mascara down my cheeks. I was also left so oily that I had to go to the toilet of the Pret a couple of doors down to wipe my face with tissues. I did not say anything at the time because it was the first facial I had ever had and wasn’t sure if that was normal. Since having further facials elsewhere I can see how bad this experience really was.
