good wax but wax wouldn't melt and didn't work so strip wax was used instead

The treatment was reasonably painless and the woman was friendly but she kept denying there were bits of hair left and I had to keep showing her the bits she hadn’t done. The place was clean but I did feel rushed. Unfortunately I now have very patchy legs with whole strips of hair still left.
