Great wax from Eva, very friendly and professional. 3rd wax I’ve had from this clinic and this was by far the best. Only has 4 stars as they ran 30 minutes late for appointment.
Men's Waxing
Second time I've been to Ego and they are always very welcoming and friendly. It's not the cheapest, but it is in a very convenient and they are always prompt.
I came back for a second time because the first back wax was quick, relatively painless and a friendly. The only slightly unfortunate thing this time was that there were a few patches that I had to sort out afterwards when I got home, which I didn't notice in the treatment room. Same good service as before, though.

Do not go there! I booked and prepaid my wax via Treatwell and when I arrived they told me they didn’t have me in their planning. Thankfully one staff was available so took me in the room. She started the wax and applying on my skin but the wax wasn’t fully sticking, she realised it was because the machine wasn’t on and therefore the wax wasn’t hot/melted. I was therefore left to wait on the table for the pot to heat up again. The whole service lasted about 10mins (despite being booked for 40mins according to their website). I had asked for a Hollywood and when she finished I asked her about the back and she said that would be an additional £10, which I found was ridiculous. Treatwell only advertises for Hollywood, it is not shown that you have to pay additional fees for a complete Hollywood. I asked the lady if she could do it and she went to speak to her manager (leaving me again on this table) and she said she could only do it if I prepay the additional £10. I cannot believe I paid £40 for a service that wasn’t completed in full, rushed within 10mins and that left me half naked on a table twice waiting to hear more. Once again, do not go there.
