Staff at the front desk were inattentive and unfriendly, chatting amongst themselves and ignoring customers. The lady who took my appointment had poor English and I was barely able to communicate with. Waxing itself was quick and painless but I will not be coming back here again. Far better salons in the area with friendlier staff and cheaper prices.

I felt the experience was somewhat impersonal, it lasted less than 30 minutes. Towards the end it felt like the instrument was scrapping my skin and I mentioned it. I have a small cut on my right cheek afterwards
