The staff are very nice and it all seems to run smoothly. Following recent renovations to include a dental practice, The treatment rooms are very small and crowded with equipment. Its OK for a quick waxing, but I am less inclined to go for the facials and massage I have been there for previously, It is too cramped and utilitarian to feel relaxing and definitely not pampering.
Massage tables have neither a hole for you to rest your head nor a face cradle/rest that attaches to the end of the table. When lying on your stomach, you have to turn your head to the side, aggravating your neck and shoulder muscles. The therapist was nice and gave a nice massage but for £70/hour, you would think they'd have proper equipment.
