Quite basic facilities. Pool area needs updating. There was a hose pipe used to fill the jacuzzi which was extremely hot water. This could be dangerous. Massages were excellent and afternoon tea was good

Thankfully I had email evidence of Spa booking and times for treatments, as the young lady overlooking the Spa side of things, had no knowledge of our booking, so time was wasted having to prove that we were booked in. Treatments were average and rather rushed. Complimentary shower/shampoo would have been a nice touch as we were expecting some to be on hand, so we didn't bring any. The wooden poolside loungers were non cushioned so uncomfortable to sit on. The facilities are a little tired with dust and mould to be seen. The afternoon tea was nice but the bar surroundings lacked atmosphere.

A group of 8 ladies! We had a lovely morning with each receiving a massage. The therapists where excellent and everyone enjoyed the experience, however there were only 6 loungers even though the booking was for eight! Luckily excellent gym facilities were available to keep two of the party busy while waiting for a lounger! The lunch included in the package we took was excellent value for money and a very pleasant end to a lovely morning!

Lovely spa day at Eight Acres. Good facilities with pool, Jacuzzi and sauna the only thing missing is a steam room. Massage was good and staff were helpful and friendly. Afternoon tea was good with plenty of choice.
