Disappointing experience. Booked for 1pm and was not seen until 1.35pm with no one acknowledging that they were running late. Just ignored until they had time. Then when I went to leave had two members of staff suggest I was walking out without paying when I had paid in advance. It is a nice pedicure though. Just a long wait!
