Can't contact Treatwell for a refund as it's an automated chat - shocking

I’m always happy with my treatments here but on my last visit I did not find the staff to be particularly welcoming. I had to tell them my name and what I’d booked for about 4 times before my treatment began, and my treatment then felt quite rushed.
