I would have given more stars, as my pedicure was ok. I had a manicure the day before but hadn't time to complete it, so needed my nails just painted with gels. This was done, but then I was charged £25 for just the polish application only which is very expensive when I can have gel removal, full manicure and reapplication for £35 at my usual place. I wouldn't have minded if someone had made it clear before I proceeded how much I would be charged. Will not return as customer service so much better elsewhere.
