Nails look a bit lumpy and I paid extra for a premium colour; and the tech gave me the wrong one which wasn’t apparent until he was finished and I had to leave. Love the team here but this was disappointing.

the quality is the manicure is solid but while they were removing my gel manicure they took a few walk-ins, which means my appt took longer and they shuffled around my manicurist. not a stress free experience and i probably wouldn’t go there again
