I had booked for a gel removal and express shellac. technician brought to my attention that she had accidentally started a full manicure. After I said I didn’t want to pay more for this treatment, she didn’t finish the manicure so one hand has trimmed cuticles and the other doesn’t. The shellac is patchy and doesn’t reach the sides of my nails. The manager asked me to re-pay and then she would refund me so they wouldn’t have to pay for any Treatwell fees. Cleanliness was OK. Won’t go again

Such bad service, rushing everyone. I had a 40min appointment that took 20mins, this is not a manicure. Really unimpressed, treating clients very poorly, it was all about them rushing to the next person.
