I tild them that I can come back in 15 min, however when I returned had to wait for another 20min!
Again no one knew what service I booked
The place is small and dirty.
The technician started removing my nail polish and damaged the skin, it started bleeding. She did not use disinfectant, just apologised and said the equipment is slightly broken

I had gels applied the week before at a different nail bar and I really didn't like them so I booked into this salon for a gel removal and paint and polish. I chose this nail bar as it's local to me, well priced and had good reviews. I was very happy with the result. The manicure was so perfect I'm booking in again this week.
