My chair was next to a wide open door in Oct with wind and rain. The water for my feet cold, she didn't get my cuticles properly and it chipped an hour later. I won't be back. They also tried to charge me 10 pounds extra for no reason and only changed it once they accidently admitted the real price to another customer. She didn't shape my nails either. Oh and finally half of the colours were '10 pounds extra'.
