All reviews are genuine feedback from verified customers, so you know exactly what to expect at each and every venue.I booked for eyebrow threading but when I arrived I was told the technician who does threading wasn’t working that day so they could only do waxing - very frustrating that they did not get in touch before to let me know so I could make other plans. I went ahead with the waxing - the end result was fine except I was left with a small burn from the wax. Overall therefore not a great experience!
