Late, as always, offer waxing but don’t have anywhere to do it so had to sit amongst other customers getting their nails done in an upright chair whilst I was asked to hold my head back with no support - painful. Gave the place a wide birth after the worst manicure of my life but thought they might have improved, even marginally - alas nothing has changed. Do not recommend and won’t return

Sunita was brilliant - very sensitive to the fact that some technicians had been overbooked so she was under some pressure to speed up my treatment and move on to other walk-in clients but she resisted the pressure and steadfastly continued to do a great professional job
