I felt I wasn't listened to - I showed photos of what I'd like and didn't receive this, my nails were filed very short, again I didn't ask for this. It was too late by the time I tried to say something for them to do anything about it.
I then had another technician do my french manicure, showed the photo, they did something different. Two days later my gel nails began to peel away, 6 days later my manicure is all peeled/chipped. I've tried to contact the salon twice, no response - very cross.

Had a lovely relaxing shellac manicure and pedicure at Eighty-88 this week! It helped staff were very attentive and such professionals. Would highly recommend!
