Staff were kimd, but my nails are flimsy, ugly, and lumpy. I booked BIAB infills but got thin builder gel (not BIAB) that was mostly filed off, then covered in thick layers of gel polish. I said they felt weak, but was told it’d be fine and that adding three layers of colour gel polish would make them stronger. It’s not what I asked for, and there’s no proper structure or strength and so lumpy and thick. Really disappointed
