Nails look great but had to wait 40 minutes for my appointment

The manicure wasn’t great unfortunately. The gel was on my cuticles so they lifted and peeled very quickly. We also had to wait 20 mins for one appointment and 40 for the other when they had been booked for the same time.

It was a very quick manicure even though it was not one of the ‘express’ services. I lost one of the gel nails in the following 3-4 days as it was not applied well/ strong enough.
