Went in for a gel removal and a standard polish manicure (first time there) - and the team was friendly and accommodating. I wound up getting a gel manicure again and the team was courteous enough to make time for me to do this instead of the standard polish. Love the look of new nails, too!
I was unable to make my appointment due to an incident on the Piccadilly Line which meant the trains were running at 35 min intervals. I called as soon as I was aware of the problem but was rudely told I could not be late or reschedule so lost £38
In general, it was an ok experience; only the manicure's quality could be much better. It was ok for an urgent quick one but as full manicure, it should have more pampering
Appointment started 30 mins late. Staff clearly not trained in massage. Overpriced and poor quality experience. Staff were rude and walked on my without knocking while I was changing. Worst massage I've ever had.
