Technician started on my upper lip after having finished a pedicure. I didn’t see them wash hands or remove gloves. Questionable hygiene standards. Once they started - they left mid treatment to take a phone call. Very hasty and rushed technician. Left with minor cut on lip after upper lip wax. Utterly horrified.

Not 100% happy because they made me choose a colour for my feed from the shellac samples and then the nail polish didn’t match the colour. The salon was clean, bright, and welcoming, which instantly made me feel comfortable. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, taking the time to understand exactly what I wanted.
