I really like this place but one thing I have a problem with is that they'll start you with one technician and will often switch the technician mid treatment. During my last pedicure the first lady was really great, but she had to hand me off to another person to finish exfoliating my second foot and paint my toes since she had another appointment arrive. The second technician was friendly but did a very poor job painting my toe nails and the overall quality was very poor. It was disappointing.
Pedicure
I chose the deluxe manicure and one of my finger bleed during the manicure. Compared to the regular manicure, the deluxe one only includes an extra hand mask and costs £10 extra. Staffs were nice but too busy - they did everything in a hurry.
