I wasn't overly impressed today with adherence to COVID requirements. My technician did not resanitise her hands between dealing with me and another lady from what I saw and for the second time I had more than one person doing the take off and manicure. Last time it was three. It's also the second time they've nicked the cuticle which had led it to bleed, the same happened on my last appointment too. Great nails though x

I did manicure and wax. The wax was unpleasant and extremely slow. Wouldn’t recommend the wax at all
