Saw the salon staff reusing wax, which had been used on my feet, and putting it back in the basin for reuse. Pedicure technician was very harsh with the cuticle tool which resulted in a lot of bleeding and damage to the point that I required a pharmacy visit to manage the swelling and pain. Beautiful spot but the staff require additional training.
