I’ve been going to this Studio for a while and, overall, used to have a nice experience. This time the technician kept being distracted while working on my nails which caused him to harm my finger. Asked for an infill and the second technician removed basically all the gel underneath. Not surprised that one my nails chipped the very next day!

Good nail salon but I had to wait almost 35min for the treatment to start so this turned into a very lengthy visit. It was very busy and there was no acknowledgment of the inconvenience.
