I ended up with a nail infection after this. the man who did it for me was unprofessional, the other staff were sweet. he rushed and didnt cut my cuticles the right way (didnt push them back or use softener or efile to make removal safer) and it hurt

I visited this nail salon and had a very disappointing experience, primarily due to the unprofessional behavior of the receptionist, Reshma. Upon arrival, I was asked to pick a colour. When I showed Reshma my choice, she abruptly dismissed me, stating it was a gel colour and not regular nail polish. I tried to explain that I have previously achieved the desired result by using two different layers of color. However, she continually interrupted me, cutting off my sentences multiple times
