Unfortunately it’s like a factory of women being moved along a conveyor belt - there’s no customer service. The staff act like you’re inconveniencing them by being there (muttering under their breaths and rushing your nails). My nails started bubbling and they needed to be redone 3 times. I was meant to be there for 20 mins but it took over an hour and a half. It was very slap dash - the sides and ends of my nails weren’t even painted
