Not precise at all- lady was in a rush to do the removal after I was followed by a different lady who started to be annoyed if I was saying something to the nails , all time she was talking in her language to her team when I was asking tofix my nails. Shape not thesame between all nails - BIAB removal has not been done properly - left bumpy and with curves. At some point the technician stand up and left her chair by calling another college to come.very bad experience and they charged 5£ extra
