Overall it was an okay experience. I did an express pedicure which entailed a file and paint. The individual barely filed my toes and just put the paint on and left. I sat for 10 min before another employee asked if I would like a machine to speed up the drying process and I explained I was not even offered one. Again it was okay.

Appointment was over 20 minutes late and they then let someone go in front of me who arrived after me even though I told them about this.
